We accept Amex, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and certified check if paid in advance.
We do not accept COD orders. For the customer's protection, all information on the order sheet, including credit card holders name, number, billing address, Phone Number, is subject to verification prior to processing any order. This is to prevent fraud, and the unlikely use of the credit card without the cardholder's permission.

We now Accept Payments from the following providers PayPal, Google Checkout. All
payments must be from a verified user and shipped to a confirmed address.

Price Guarantee
Our buying power enables us to keep prices way down, In addition we offer a 14-day Price Guarantee on all purchases made, This means your purchase price is guaranteed to be our lowest price!

If we reduce our price on an item that you have purchased within 14 days of the date we lowered our price, simply click here to fill out the credit request form and we will credit your credit card with the difference between the price you paid and the reduced price. It's that easy!.
Most orders placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time on weekdays will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will ship the following Monday. are within two business days from original receipt of order, and approval of credit card. Items that we have in stock and  All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, Or should you desire expedited shipping, Zalmar.com gives you the option to choose when placing your order for multiple choices such as UPS Second Day Air and Next Day air, For orders over 150 pounds (e.g. 27" TV, or larger) Zalmar.com will ship via common carrier truck, we will notify you of the cost and the shipping date.

Should you request your order to be shipped through a different carrier such as Federal Express, Airborne Express, or by truck, we will be able to accommodate you, and we will notify you through your E-mail address of the additional charges.

We cannot ship internationally.

Returns & Exchange

Damaged Returns: 

Our Shipping Team makes every effort to prevent shipping damages. However, if your package appears damaged, PLEASE DO NOT OPEN IT, please contact Zalmar.com returns department at returns@Zalmar.com immediately who will, in turn, instruct you to the proper procedure.

Shipping Errors : 

We every effort to prevent shipping errors. However, if the item your received in your package is different then the item you ordered, make sure not to open the inside packaging please contact Zalmar.com at customerservice@zalmar.com or at 1-877-275-5522 and give them your order number. They should verify and direct you how to handle this return and replacement. We will ship you the replacement item the same day and email you a call tag to return the shipment.

Defective Items:

All items we sell comes with a valid warranty from the manufacture in the US. We offer a replacement policy to any product up to 30 days from the invoice date on your order. items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same or manufacturer's equivalent model only. All returns must be freight prepaid, the replacement will be shipped out freight free to you in the US only. 

Other Returns:

Shipment of a product is as advertised in our catalog section. Upon receipt of merchandise inspect product carefully. Should you find that the product does not meet your expectations, or satisfaction, contact us at once at: customerservice@zalmar.com and tell us your concerns, so we may make every effort to satisfy your purchase.

In the unlikely event that we cannot amicably resolve your issues, we offer a Returns & Exchange Policy. You can return or exchange any product up to fourteen days from the invoice date on your order after completing the on-line return & exchange form.

No Returns on:

  • Blister-packed items once opened. 

  • TVs, combos, and monitors 25" and larger. 

  • Special Order merchandise. 

  • Computer products or software once opened. 

  • Printers once ink cartridges are installed. 

  • All consumables, including but not limited to record able media, film, digital memory, tapes, batteries, paper, chemicals, ink, CD/DVDs, etc.

All returned merchandise must be unregistered, in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions, documentation and blank warranty cards. Otherwise we will need to charge a restocking fee based on the value of the item, as they are received by us.

To return items follow the instructions below: 

Simply fill out the Returns & Exchange Form (link provided below) for a return authorization number (RA#), and in it describe briefly the reasons for your requested return. Your RA#'s are valid only for fourteen days from date of issuance, and the RA# must be clearly displayed on your return packing label and on the outside of the box. 

Shipments of returns must be prepaid, and we will not accept COD returns. When we receive the item(s) back in our warehouse we will inspect the item(s) and credit your account accordingly. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to be processed.

You must receive a RA# before you return any goods to us. Merchandise without a RA# will be refused, and no credit will be issued.

Warranties
Zalmar.com Supports the products it sells, through the manufacturers supplied warranties. The complete warranty is included with the product, warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. all new products carry a minimum of one-year warranty direct from the manufacturer. Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

Zalmar.com expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied. Including any implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose. Zalmar.com shall have no liability to anyone for incidental or consequential damages or any other liability, loss or damage arising out or related to the purchased merchandise.

All merchandise is sold "as is". Zalmar.com makes no warranty as to the performance of any merchandise sold. We are not responsible for system down time, lost data, etc. the disclaimer by Zalmar.com in no way affects the terms of a manufacturer's warranty.

Product Availability/Price Fluctuation
Since Manufacturers constantly update their product, and may change at any time the availability of particular models. Zalmar.com makes every effort to keep ample amount of stock for the items advertised. In the unlikely event that we cannot replenish the stock due to discontinuance of the product. We will advise you through the E-mail and offer you a comparative product without obligation to purchase. Our prices are as advertised unless there is a remarkable change from the manufacturer to our cost, or sometimes its just a server or typography error, which would cause us to change the quoted price. Should we get special deals from the manufacturer with discounted prices we will pass these on to you for additional savings on our already low advertised prices.

While Zalmar.com has tried very hard to ensure the accuracy of the product and pricing information in our store and our marketing materials, we are not responsible for typographical errors, omissions or technical inaccuracies.
