We accept Amex, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and certified check if paid in advance.
We do not accept COD orders. For the customer's protection, all information on the order sheet, including credit card holders name, number, billing address, Phone Number, is subject to verification prior to processing any order. This is to prevent fraud, and the unlikely use of the credit card without the cardholder's permission.
 
Our buying power enables us to be lowest price. In addition, we offer a 14-day Price Guarantee on all purchases made. Which means, your purchase price is guaranteed to be our lowest price!

If we reduce our price on an item that you have purchased within 14 days of the date we lowered our price, simply click here to fill out the credit request form and we will credit your credit card with the difference between the price you paid and the reduced price. It's that easy!
 

 

Most orders placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time on weekdays will be processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship the following business day. (on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, orders will ship the following Monday.)

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS. We also offer expedited shipping options on our website.

International Orders:
Orders outside the USA ship with USPS Insured Priority Mail. Customers will be charged customs and duty taxes on delivery. Due to customs handling there is no guarantee for delivery time for international orders.

For orders over 150 pounds (e.g. 27" TV, or larger) Zalmar.com will ship via common carrier truck. We will notify you of the cost and the shipping date.

 The guarantee does not apply to Air Services shipments which are delayed due to causes beyond Shipper's control including, but not limited to, the following: The unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, acts of God, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises, acts or omissions of Customs or similar authorities, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks, such as weather phenomena, and natural disasters.

If the item is defective, we will exchange it for you within the first 30 days. The items we sell come with the manufacturers warranty. Should the item be defective after the first 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for repair or exchange. Damage Returns:
Our Shipping Team makes every effort to prevent shipping damages. However, if your package appears damaged PLEASE DO NOT OPEN IT. Please contact Zalmar.com returns department at returns@Zalmar.com immediately and we will instruct you how to return your item.
 
Other Returns:
Shipment of product is as advertised in our catalog section. Upon receipt of merchandise inspect product carefully. Should you find that the product does not meet your expectations or satisfaction, please contact us at once at customerservice@Zalmar.com and tell us your concerns. We will make every effort to satisfy you, our customer.
In the unlikely event that we cannot amicably resolve your issues we offer a Returns & Exchange Policy. You can exchange any product, after completing the on-line exchange form, up to 14 days from the date on your invoice. Or, return any item for credit up to fourteen days from original purchase date for a full refund less shipping charges. A 20% restocking fee applies to returns which 
are not received in the original factory condition the item was received.
 
To return items follow the instructions below:
  1. Simply fill out the Returns & Exchange Form for a return authorization number (RA#), and in it describe briefly the reasons for your requested return. You must receive a RA# before you return any goods to us. Merchandise without a RA# will be refused, and no credit will be issued. RA#s are valid for ten days from date of issuance. The RA# must be clearly displayed on your return shipping label and on the outside of the box.

  2. All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in original factory condition and must include, all accessories, packing material, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and the box in which it was shipped. Shipments of returns must be prepaid, and we will not accept COD returns

Upon receipt and inspection of goods, Zalmar.com will credit your original credit card account

 


Limited Warranty

Zalmar warrants that, at the time of shipment, any Product  supplied by Zalmar shall meet the Manufacturer’s Product specifications.

In the event that the above limited warranty is  breached and zalmar is responsible for such breach, Zalmar will replace the defective product at no cost to the Purchaser.

THE PROVISIONS OF THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL (INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). Zalmars’   LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THE MANUFACTURE, SALE OR SUPPLY OF PRODUCTS OR THE USE OR DISPOSITION OF PRODUCTS WHETHER BASED UPON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY PURCHASER  FOR THE PRODUCTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL Zalmars’   BE LIABLE TO PURCHASER OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA OR LOSS OF USE DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF THE MANUFACTURE, SALE OR SUPPLY OF THE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF Zalmars’   HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR LOSSES.

Zalmar.com Supports the products it sells, through the manufacturers supplied warranties. The complete warranty is included with the product. Warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts subject to the conditions set forth. All new products carry a minimum of one-year warranty direct from the manufacturer. Since Manufacturers constantly update their product, and may change at any time the availability of particular models, Zalmar.com makes every effort to keep ample amount of stock for the items advertised. In the unlikely event that we cannot replenish the stock due to discontinuance of the product we will advise you through E-mail and offer you a comparative product without obligation to purchase. Our prices are as advertised unless there is a remarkable change from the manufacturer to our cost. Sometimes it's just a server or typography error, which would cause us to change the quoted price. Should we get special deals from the manufacturer with discounted prices we will pass these on to you for additional savings on our already low advertised prices.
