We accept Amex, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and certified check if paid in advance.
We do not accept COD orders. For the customer's protection, all information on the order sheet, including credit card holders name, number, billing address, Phone Number, is subject to verification prior to processing any order. This is to prevent fraud, and the unlikely use of the credit card without the cardholder's permission.
 
Our buying power enables us to keep prices way down, In addition we offer a 14-day Price Guarantee on all purchases made, This means your purchase price is guaranteed to be our lowest price!

If we reduce our price on an item that you have purchased within 14 days of the date we lowered our price, simply click here to fill out the credit request form and we will credit your credit card with the difference between the price you paid and the reduced price. It's that easy!.
 

 

Most orders placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time on weekdays will be processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship the following business day. (on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, orders will ship the following Monday.)

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS. We also offer expedited shipping options on our website that you can choose from.

International Orders:
Orders outside the USA ship with USPS Insured Priority Mail. Customers will be charged customs and duty taxes on delivery. Due to customs handling there is no guarantee for delivery time for international orders.

For orders over 150 pounds (e.g. 27" TV, or larger) Zalmar.com will ship via common carrier truck. We will notify you of the cost and the shipping date.

 
We at Zalmar.com value our relationship with you and want you to be satisfied with your purchase, Therefore we will accept merchandise (with certain exclusions) on domestic orders for return within 14 days from the date that you have received your order, Please read the following Zalmar.com policies and procedures for exchanges or returns
 
If the item is defective, we will exchange it for you within the first thirty days. The items we sell come with the manufacturers warranty. Should the item be defective after the first 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for repair or exchange. Damage Returns:
Our Shipping Team makes every effort to prevent shipping damages. However, if your package appears damaged PLEASE DO NOT OPEN IT, please contact Zalmar.com returns department at returns@Zalmar.com immediately who will, in turn, instruct you as to the proper procedure.
 
Other Returns:
Shipment of product is as advertised in our catalog section. Upon receipt of merchandise inspect product carefully. Should you find that the product does not meet your expectations, or satisfaction, contact us at once at customerservice@Zalmar.com and tell us your concerns, so we may make every effort to satisfy your purchase.
In the unlikely event that we cannot amicably resolve your issues we offer a Returns & Exchange Policy. You can exchange any product up to fourteen days from the invoice date on your order after completing the on-line exchange form, or return any item for credit up to fourteen days from original purchase date, for a full refund less shipping charges. A 20% restocking fee applies to returns which 
are not received in the original factory condition the item was received.
 
To return items follow the instructions below:
  1. Simply fill out the Returns & Exchange Form for a return authorization number (RA#), and in it describe briefly the reasons for your requested return. You must receive a RA# before you return any goods to us. Merchandise without a RA# will be refused, and no credit will be issued and RA#'s are valid for ten days from date of issuance, and the RA# must be clearly displayed on your return packing label and on the outside of the box.

  2. All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in original factory condition and must include, all accessories, packing material, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) the box in which it was shipped in. Shipments of returns must be prepaid, and we will not accept COD returns

Upon receipt and inspection of goods, Zalmar.com will credit your original credit card account

 


Warranties


Zalmar.com Supports the products it sells, through the manufacturers supplied warranties. The complete warranty is included with the product, warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. all new products carry a minimum of one-year warranty direct from the manufacturer. All merchandise is sold "as is". Zalmar.com makes no warranty as to the performance of any merchandise sold. We are not responsible for system down time, lost data, etc. the disclaimer by Zalmar.com in no way affects the terms of a manufacturer's warranty.

Zalmar.com makes every effort to keep ample amount of stock for the items advertised. In the unlikely event that we cannot replenish the stock due to discontinuance of the product. We will advise you through the E-mail and offer you a comparative product without obligation to purchase. Our prices are as advertised unless there is a remarkable change from the manufacturer to our cost, or sometimes its just a server or typography error, which would cause us to change the quoted price. Should we get special deals from the manufacturer with discounted prices we will pass these on to you for additional savings on our already low advertised prices.
